CANCELLATION POLICY

Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit upon booking. If a deposit is required, it will go toward your service total. However, if you decide to cancel or reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Canceling appointments within 24 hours of your appointment will result in being charged the FULL service fee. If you "no call no show," you will be charged the full amount of the service booked and may be banned from booking future appointments. There will be a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. Policy is strictly enforced once your appointment is booked. Thank you for respecting my time & policy.
